Clarity and respect for each other's time creates the best salon experience. Please review these policies before booking.
Adjustment Policy
If you are unhappy with your service, adjustments must be requested within 7 days of your initial appointment.
After 7 days, all services are considered final and any changes will be booked as a new service.


Cancellations & Reschedules
Please provide 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' will be subject to a fee.
Late Arrival
If you're running late, please notify us as soon as possible.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure proper service time.


No-Shows
If you miss an appointment without notice, you may be charged a fee before rebooking a future service.
Extension
Maintenance
To keep your extensions healthy and looking their best, move-up appointments are typically required between every 6-12 weeks.
Booking outside this timeframe may require additional adjustments or fees to ensure seamless blending and proper care.
